1. Voluntary Registration The Associate confirms that he/she is joining Shri Gold Earn Pvt. Ltd. voluntarily without any force, pressure, or misrepresentation from any person, sponsor, or company representative.
2. Eligibility The Associate declares that he/she is at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement under applicable Indian laws.
3. Accuracy of Information The Associate shall provide true, complete, and accurate details including name, address, mobile number, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, and other KYC documents. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of the Associate ID.
4. Independent Associate Status The Associate shall work as an independent business associate and shall not be considered an employee, partner, agent, or legal representative of the Company.
5. Business Plan Understanding The Associate confirms that he/she has completely understood the company’s business plan, income structure, reward system, and policies before registration.
6. No Guaranteed Income Shri Gold Earn Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee any fixed income, assured returns, or employment. Earnings depend entirely upon individual performance, sales volume, business development, and company policies.
7. Compliance with Laws The Associate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and government guidelines while conducting business activities.
8. Code of Conduct The Associate shall maintain professional and ethical behavior and shall not make any false commitments, misleading statements, or unauthorized promises on behalf of the Company.
9. Use of Company Name & Logo The Associate shall not misuse the company name, logo, trademark, promotional materials, or brand identity without prior written permission from the Company.
10. ID Activation & Maintenance The Associate ID shall remain active subject to compliance with company rules, package conditions, and business activity requirements as updated from time to time.
11. Termination / Suspension Rights Shri Gold Earn Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Associate ID without prior notice in case of fraud, misconduct, policy violation, unethical activity, document mismatch, or actions harmful to the Company.
12. Payout & Deductions All commissions, incentives, and payouts shall be processed as per the company compensation plan after applicable deductions including TDS, processing fees, and other statutory deductions as per Indian law.
13. Non-Transferability The Associate ID is personal in nature and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or operated by another person without written approval from the Company.
14. Modification of Policies Shri Gold Earn Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, change, or discontinue any policy, business plan, terms, conditions, incentives, or packages at any time without prior notice.
15. Dispute Jurisdiction All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts only.
16. Acceptance Declaration By registering with Shri Gold Earn Pvt. Ltd., the Associate confirms that he/she has read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of the Company.
Declaration “I hereby declare that all information provided by me is true and correct. I have read and understood all Terms & Conditions of Shri Gold Earn Pvt. Ltd. and agree to abide by the same.”
